Three generations, one philosophy: do the job right, quote it honestly, and answer the phone when it rings.
We started as a two-man operation servicing the houses around our founder’s garage in Indianapolis. Twenty-five years later we’ve served more than 30,000 homes and businesses across central Indiana — but we still answer the phone the same way, and we still send the same kind of tech to your house.
We’ve grown by referrals. That’s not a marketing line — it’s a constraint. It means every job has to be good enough that you’d tell your neighbor.

Service & scheduling
For non-emergencies, most appointments are same-day or next-day. Emergency calls (no heat in winter, no cooling above 85°F, suspected gas leak) get dispatched immediately — typically within 60 minutes.
All of them. Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard, Bryant, Amana, Heil, York, Daikin, Mitsubishi — if it has a refrigerant line or burner, we can service it.
Pricing
There is a small dispatch fee for service calls, but it's waived completely if you approve the repair on the spot. Estimates for new installations are always free in-home.
Flat-rate. You see the price before we start — no surprise add-ons and no incentive to slow-roll the job. Hourly billing is only used on diagnostic-heavy specialty work, and only with your explicit approval.
Yes — multiple terms available with approved credit, including 0% APR promotions on qualifying system installs. We'll explain the options when you receive your estimate.
Emergency service
No heat below 50°F outside, no cooling above 85°F outside, refrigerant or carbon monoxide concern, water damage from a leaking unit, or any electrical issue that has tripped breakers more than once.
For non-plan customers, yes — modest and disclosed up front. Maintenance plan members pay zero overtime fees on emergency calls.
Maintenance
Twice a year: a cooling tune-up in spring and a heating tune-up in fall. Manufacturers actually require it to keep warranties valid. Our maintenance plan handles both visits automatically.
Air conditioners: typically 12–15 years. Gas furnaces: 15–20 years. Heat pumps: 10–15 years. Boilers: 25+ years. Regular maintenance significantly extends the upper end of those ranges.
Warranty & guarantees
New installations come with a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty and our own 2-year labor warranty. Repairs are warrantied for 1 year, parts and labor. Maintenance plan members get extended labor warranties.
